The Physical Planning Department as part of its mandate sensitized the public on Spatial Planning at Beposo Community.
The objective of the community engagement was to educate the community on physical and development issues.
Among the issues discussed at the durbar includes:
- The need for development permit
- Types of plan and the circumstances that call for each
- The public interest and physical development
- Documentation of lands
- Development control
- Planned settlement and its impacts
