Today, 24th June, 2022, the Head of Local Government Service, Dr. Ing. Nana Ato Authur, inaugurated the Association of Local Government Management of Information System Officers at the Institute of Local Government Studies in Accra.
The Theme for the Inaugural Ceremony was “Digitizing Government Business at the Local Level; The role of MIS Officers”
Some invited guest who grace the occation were:
- The Deputy Minister of Communication, Hon. Ama Pomaa Boateng
- The Director of Institute of Local Goverment Studies, Dr. Nicholas Awortwi
- The Director General of National Information Technology Agency, Mr. Richard Okyere
The Head of Service took the opportunity to induct both the national and regional executives into office.
